A request desk I built for privacy teams.
Privacy teams have to answer data requests within strict legal deadlines. I built a system that makes sure nothing is missed.
- Every request is captured. From a website form or an inbox, logged in one tracker automatically.
- Deadlines are calculated for you. Reminders go out before anything is due, and late items are escalated.
- Everything is on record. Each step is dated, and a monthly report shows what came in and what was handled on time.
Why it's here: estate-planning firms deal with the same kind of work: new inquiries, deadlines, reminders and follow-ups that pull attorneys away from clients. I'm talking with estate attorneys first to learn which of these matters most to them. Back to the main page
