Who we are

ISOTU is run by Jesse Otutu, who is responsible for this website's data. For anything about your personal data, email [email protected].

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and it has no forms. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure.

When you book a call

Booking links go to Cal.com, which collects your name, company and email address so we can hold the call. Cal.com handles that data under its own privacy policy. We use what you give us only to prepare for and hold the call, and to follow up about it.

When you email us

We use your email and what you write to reply to you and, if you ask, to send you a proposal.

Why we can use your data

Our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, or steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract with us.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we delete your details within 12 months of our last contact. Client records are kept for as long as the contract and our legal obligations require.

Where your data goes

ISOTU is based in the United States, and our booking tool (Cal.com) and website host (Cloudflare) are US companies. Data you send us is therefore processed in the United States, with the safeguards those providers offer for transfers from the UK and EU.

Client data

When we work for a client, the requests we help manage stay in the client's own accounts. We act as a processor under a written data processing agreement, and the client remains responsible for that data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or complain to us. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK, or to the data protection authority in your EU country.
